From detection to review.

OCR reads text from scans. If the PDF already contains text, Anonyma uses it directly. Signatures and unclear areas need manual attention.

Edit values, exclude a selection, add an item or cover an area. You can change the redaction colour.

PDFs are rebuilt. Detected values are replaced in DOCX files; also check embedded images and complex layouts.

Reuse codes and restore text using the same mapping. Mapping exports from the app can be password protected.

Distribution	Requirements and status
Mac	App for Apple Silicon, macOS 13.3 or later. The documented version has no Apple Developer ID signature or notarisation: follow the first-launch instructions.
Local package	Requires the runtime and components specified in the distribution. Windows and Linux still require full testing on real hardware.
Webapp	Browser option with an initial model download. See its guide for usage and requirements.

For many files or folders, Anonyma CLI uses the local engine through a command. The app remains the route for visually reviewing selections.
